Originally from Long Island NY, I left just another gray LI winter in the 70s’ and found myself in the “midst of mountains”, and have been here ever since!

I started my career at Hawk Mtn Resort Properties in Plymouth with the sales force. Decided to enter the primary residential home sales market in the Rutland area a bit thereafter. Have had my VT license since 1989!

My focus on primary home sales, I then joined a large chain real estate agency where I began to receive formal instruction in the “art of the sale”.

Education inspired me and I began my quest for learning all the latest technologies and marketing ideas as well as improving my personal sales skills.

Receiving the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation first, then followed with the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation and have since now received the CBR (Certified Buyers Representative) designation, e-Pro (electronic Professional), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) & SFR (Short Sales  Foreclosure Resource). My customers & clients benefit from the extra skills in many areas. I served as President Elect 98, President 99 and Past President 00 as well as a 2 term Secretary and also as Membership Director for the local Rutland County Board of REALTORS®.  I am fully computerized and can work efficiently with computer transactions. Being a Notary Public is a convenience to my customers & clients. Hi there, To give you a bit of insight into who I am and to determine if your needs will be met using my services, I will offer this: Originally a transplant, a “Flatlander” as they say, I find many happy times in Vermont and have lived here, along with my Veteran & Sports enthusiast husband Rick, since 1972. To my 9 nieces and nephews, whom I love, I am known as Aunt Dee. My Mom and Dad have provided me with a wonderful childhood and great foundation. Being 1 of 5 Daughters, not having any Brothers, I learned to speak up. We laughed a lot! I love Antiques and value the History behind them. Flower Gardening is a special pleasure in summer. Politics makes for great interest and excitement! I love the Mountains, Valleys, Meadows, Woods, Lakes, Streams and changing VT Seasons & Scenery in all areas of this wonderful State. I hope others find my enthusiasm for the State catching. Photography is fast becoming a new hobby. I enjoy challenges and love finding solutions to problems others give up on. Maybe being a Girl Scout helped there. I believe in under promising and over delivering. I like to see my Customers and Clients smile and their being proud to refer me to their Friends, Family and Business Associates. Education is a great part of my background enabling me to provide each Transaction with the highest degree of care and understanding so together our business relationship proves to be one of highest expectations satisfied!
